The app handles information created or entered by the user in the app, including training menus, exercise names, workout time, rest time, set counts, notification settings, execution history, display settings, and other information necessary for app use.

2. Purpose of Use

The app uses this information for the following purposes.

• Save, display, and edit training menus
• Provide timer functions
• Configure and display notifications
• Record and display execution history
• Keep language, appearance, and other app settings
• Maintain and improve app functions

3. Storage

Information handled by the app is stored primarily on the user's device.

4. External Transmission and Third-Party Sharing

Except where required by law, the app does not provide user information to third parties.

At this time, the app does not implement advertising, analytics, or mechanisms that transmit user data to external servers.

However, standard OS-level notification features provided by the platform may be involved when using notifications.

5. Notifications

The app uses notification permission to deliver notifications configured by the user.

6. Retention and Deletion

Information handled by the app is primarily retained on the device until the user changes or deletes it.

Because the app does not store user data on developer-controlled external servers, there is no developer-side user database retaining user data.

Users can modify or delete menus, notification settings, and execution history within the app.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Settings Changes

If a user does not wish to use notifications, notification permission can be changed or disabled in the device settings.
